Great service. My order was delivered to the wrong address (not KWM's fault or mine) and when I let KWM know Lisa was quick to respond and contact Royal Mail. Package was redelivered to the right address on the same day and I'm now looking forward to drinking the wine!

Offered a hard-to-get product (Springbank) at an acceptable price (about 12% more than the official distillery price). Prompt dispatch, well packaged, reasonable delivery charge. Ordered Monday, arrived safely on Thursday morning, which is not bad for Northern Ireland!

All the way through the ordering process i felt i was dealing with people who new what they were doing. The advice i received was excellent. Received the wine well packed and in good condition. Will definitely use this company again. Having tried some in a restaurant recently, I bought some Gewurztraminer that must surely vie for the best quality/price rapport of any wine anywhere in Europe. I had the last few bottles available and the shop even advised that they will let me know when more becomes available, from other vintages. A great service.

I bought a 1L absolut vodka bottle but only received the 700mL bottle. Customer service refunded only the difference in price between the two but that defeated the entire purpose of buying the vodka in the first place, with the delivery fee it would of been faster and equally as cheap to get it from a shop nearby.
