One that draws on centuries of heritage of Irish Whiskey.
This Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is aged in first-fill bourbon casks.
Bottled at 46% ABV the spirit is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.
On the nose there is a combination of hibiscus flowers and citrus. The palette delivers lychee, pepper, peaches and baked biscuits.
This is all wrapped with a finish of spice and maple sugar which lingers in the mouth.
