STELLA BELLA MARGARET RIVER CABERNET SAUVIGNON
From the Margaret River region of Western Australia, Stella Bella Cabernet Sauvignon is the classic red grape variety from the region and offers excellent quality for the price.
Blackcurrant notes on the nose, plum and green olive savoury-ness. The palate has fine grained tannins with a persistant length and good overall balance.
Lovely with red meats or cheese
James Halliday: 93 Points
Matured in French oak for 18 months. The bouquet is very expressive, with cassis and redcurrant fruit aromas, the medium to full-bodied palate adding a pronounced savoury shaft of flavour tightly linked by powerful tannins. Has the balance to justify the cellaring it needs.
